Today, when the industrial development grows fast, the information infrastructure also experiences the fast development, even faster.

This situation drives the change of style and patterns of business activities., industries, trade and government. Science and Information-based Economic has become the most dominant global paradigm. The abilities to be involved directly in the innovation program will then, of course, determine the future of our nation. Indonesia.

 

To answer this, ATMI develops the integrated technology required in the industrial development in Indonesia. This development planned on to integrated technology comprising Medical Technology, CNC Technology and Renewable Energy.

 

Shortly ATMI succeeds in developing them, ATMI will distribute them to all areas in Indonesia via workshops, seminars, trainings, and many practical-educational activities. This applied technology is applied to the study program of  mechatronic.

With SK Dirjen Dikti No. 1781/D/T/2005, ATMI runs this study program and lectures students to be capable of doing the following capabilities, such as : 

 

·-. designing, planning and making the control system in the field of manufacture due to the quality standard, cost effectiveness, on time finishing, and delivery time.

-. knowing the method of maintenance and repairing of the control system.

-. comprehending the technology of CNC, technology of electronic device in the health field, renewable energy, and control system.    

- possessing both practical skills and theoretical skills in the mechatronic field, automation manufacture, and CNC machines.

-.  setting, caring, and repairing the CNC manufacture machines.

      -.  becoming an entrepreneur

 Therefore after joining this study program, the students will have their own competencies which make them hold possible following positions;

 

      1.     CNC machines maintenance and electronic device maintenance.

2.     Maintenance, Fixing, and Installing the Renewable energy.

3.     Machines Production and Automation in Manufacture Industry.

4.     Mechatronic Design.

5.     Maintenance Support Station Health.

 

Teaching Staff

This professional study program gets the qualified teaching staff so that ATMI recruit many teaching staff from national study background and international ones. It is planned that the teaching staff from the group of Humaniora will have the change to continue their studies either for short term or long term in abroad.

 

The degrees of the graduates and the academic status

 

The professional degree as Ahli Madya ( Amd ) in the field of Machine and Mechanic Design Engineering will officially be handed over to students completing the study and passing both the practical or theoretical examination due to the terms and conditions issued.

Curriculum
     ATMI itself introduces curriculum model covering 33% for theory and 67 % for practical. Both are designed in a six-semester period or in the three year of level. Those are using package system and dropped-level system. The details of the courses are as follows :

The qualification of this 3-Year of Mechatronic Diploma are to make students be capable of designing, planning and making the control system in the field of manufacture due to the quality standard, cost effectiveness, on time finishing, and delivery time and knowing the method of maintenance and repairing of the control system.

And they are also expected to understand the professional etiquette and cooperation of safety work and traditions.

The graduates are highly desirable by the manufacture industrial, technical support for service sector, supervisor, expert for manufactures system, and reengineering, or even for a manager position. Moreover, they hold a chance not only for these fields but also CNC anf Medical Equipment as well.
